Archer is an ex-knight. He was turned by Darius after a battle when Archer lay dying in the snow. He has three brothers, but they don’t associate with one. The other two he turned himself. He was forced to turn Aden when he was almost killed by Archer’s wife, who was a vampire hunter. He had to change Aaron into a vampire when he almost died of the Black Death. The brothers have had their differences, and have gone off on their own adventures, but currently the live in a mansion in Maine.
